| Start with your item in the bag. Twist the remaining end of the bag up like a rope and slip on the o-ring with the o-ring tab down. |
Pushing the o-ring down on top of your items in the bag. |
Untwist the bag, spreading open and fanning out over your items like a flower. |
Position your BagButton on top of the bag and centered over the o-ring, then press the o-ring and bag up firmly into the bottom cavity of the BagButton to capture the bag between the o-ring and BagButton. |

| Evacuate the air with your vacuum cleaner. Here we are using a Dewalt cordless(18 volt) battery operated shop vacuum. It work just as well as our house vacuum. Cordless = portable. |
We also use an inflate-deflate 16 inch hand pump.(raft pump). These can be purchased at most sports stores. The BagButton was designed to be used with 99% of the inflate-deflate hand pumps on the market. |

Using an inflate/deflate hand pump. Shove the tip of the hose through the BagButton’s opening as far as the hose will go and with the pump on deflate remove the air. The hand pumps are faster than the vacuums. Hand pumps = portable also.
After the air has been removed, cap off BagButton! Grasp BagButton, lift & twist 2 times to seal the vacuum. Grasp remaining bag as your handle and pull to release and seperate the BagButton from the o-ring. Twist up bag once again to remove o-ring and tie off bag.
